SECTION I: PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The proposed project Everett Chevrolet is located 7301 Evergreen Way Everett, WA- <br /> 98203. More generally, the site is located in Section 7, Township 28 North, and Range 5 <br /> East of the Willamette Meridian in the City of Everett, Washington. Please refer to the <br /> Vicinity Map attached later in the section. <br /> The site is currently developed with two commercial buildings. The remainder of the site <br /> exists as paved parking areas. There are no critical areas located within the site. Per SCC <br /> survey of Snohomish County, the project site contains Alderwood Urban Land Complex 2 <br /> to 8 percent soils that have a hydrologic classification of Type "C". Please refer to the soils <br /> map and descriptions attached later in this report for more details. <br /> The proposal is to construct a commercial building near the center of the site and large <br /> parking area intended for a car dealership. All existing structures will be removed. The <br /> access to the site will be from SR-99 (Evergreen Way). <br /> A 112'x 69.34'x 10.29' underground vault located underneath the parking area near the <br /> northeast portion of the site is proposed to meet the flow control requirements conforming <br /> to the City of Everett requirements. The detention vault was sized using Western <br /> Washington Hydrology Model V 3.0 (WWHM). The outflow from the detention vault will <br /> be discharged to Evergreen Way via a pump and closed pipe system. The overflow from <br /> the detention system will be located within the pump manhole and will be directed towards <br /> a dispersion trench. The dispersion trench will be located outside the buffer area and will <br /> disperse the flows through the buffer area to drain into an existing ditch near the southeast <br /> corner of the site. Runoff treatment would be obtained by the use of a 6'x12' Perk Filter <br /> Vault with 10 — 12"/12" cartridges manufactured by Oldcastle Stormwater Solutions <br /> located downstream of the detention vault and pump system per the City of Everett <br /> requirements. <br /> Insight Engineering Co. - Stormwater Site Plan 2/11/15 <br /> - 3 - <br />
