This is our 30th year. The <br /> dates this year are October 6, 7, and 8, 2006. <br /> I have completed the "Special Event" Application. This event is on private property. We <br /> inform each neighbor by letter and attend neighborhood meeting letting them know that <br /> the street is not closed to them. <br /> Thank you again for your help.
