This may include, witiiout iimitation, radio Uansmissian and compu#er equipment, <br />�atteries and ge�erator equipmen� All impravements shall be at Lessee's expense. Lessee <br />si�alf maintain the Premises in reasonabfe condition. <br />3.�6 Interference. Lessar will require ali occupants at this locafion to adhere to the <br />same techrzica! stancfards.
