This Amenc�rr►ent pertauts to that certain Building Option and Lease Agreement <br />dated 3uiy 29, 1995, together with ali exhibits, amendments and addenda thereto (collectiveiy, <br />t�ie "Agreement"} for the lease ai certain prerr;ises ("Premises"} located at 1502 Hewitt Avenue, <br />City of Everett, Connty of Snohomish, State af Washington, on property iegally described as set <br />forth on Exhibit "A" #o the Agreeinent, and attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part <br />hereof <br />B. 5eattle SMSA Limited Partnership d/b/a Verizvrt Wireiess has sacceeded io the <br />Lessee's interest of U S West NewVector Group, Inc. ander the Ageement. <br />C. The parties desira to amend tha Agreement ta aIfow Lesses tv instaIl air- <br />conditioning units at the Property, increase the rent payable to Lessor and arr�end certain other <br />provisions of the Agreement, as set forth below. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in ransideration ofthe foragoing and mutual covenants herein <br />contained, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and suffciency of w}�ich are <br />hereby acicr►owledged, it is hereby agreed as fallows: <br />AGREEMENT <br />1.
