Parking Areas Landscaping will be provided in <br /> landscape islands with trees and ground <br /> cover and/or shrubs integrated into <br /> parking areas. Perimeter landscaping <br /> width adjacent to parking areas will be <br /> provided based on the adjoining <br /> property or right-of-way standards. <br /> Landscaping will be provided in a <br /> manner that preserves line of sight and <br /> provides for security needs. <br /> 12. Loading Areas: <br /> External Lots: Internal Lots: <br /> As designated in the M-1 Zone Truck loading and maneuvering areas <br /> are permitted to occupy an area of up to <br /> 75% of the Building Perimeter for lots <br /> further than 600 feet from External <br /> Roads and lots abutting property in the <br /> M-1 Zone not in the PD overlay area <br /> (Seaway Center Lot 8, King Extrusion, & <br /> lntracorp); provided, a minor reduction <br /> in the 600 foot setback requirement that <br /> is established for the loading area <br /> development standards may be granted <br /> by the Planning Director in conjunction <br /> with a binding site plan approval. <br /> 13.
