The landscape concept shall be submitted within six (6) <br /> months of adoption of the PDO Zone and prior to submittal of any <br /> application for site development having frontage on any external road. The <br /> landscape concept may be different for each External Road. The <br /> landscaping for each External Lot shall be consistent with the approved <br /> landscape concept for the abutting External Road. <br /> 11. Landscaping Adjacent to City of Everett Recreation Areas: <br /> Landscape Area: Landscape Type: <br /> Adjacent to Roadways 10 feet of Park Ornamental Standard, <br /> including but not limited to mixed tree <br /> plantings, arboricultural areas <br /> monuments, signage, flagpoles, and <br /> floriculture areas. Right-of-way lands <br /> can be used to meet the minimum <br /> landscaping. <br /> Adjacent to rear or side yards 10 feet of planting including mixed <br /> plantings with density and plant <br /> selection based on the sensitivity of <br /> adjoining uses, topography, and view <br /> preservation. <br /> 6 <br />
