Section 2. The City Council of the City of Everett hereby declares their intent to annex the <br /> 80% annexation area described in Exhibit A in accordance with the procedures set forth in <br /> RCW 35.13.182 for annexation of unincorporated island territory. <br /> Section 3. A public hearing is hereby set in accordance with the provisions of RCW <br /> 35.13.182 for October 6 , 1999 at 8:30 a.m. in the Everett City Council <br /> Chambers to receive comments from individuals who may be affected by the annexation.
