The City shall work with property and business owners along gateway corridors to develop and implement streetscape improvement plans both within the public right-of-way and on properties abutting the right-of-way. Such improvement plans shall be coordinated with Snohomish County for the unincorporated portions of corridors that are located in the Everett Planning Area. GENERAL INFORMATION 1. Any relocation of existing gas facilities for this development will be at the developer's sole expense, and requires 90 days minimum notice. Please contact Elaine Babby at(206)224-2018 to coordinate relocation requests. 2. The Snohomish County PUD currently has sufficient capacity to serve the proposed development. However, the existing District facilities in the local area may require upgrading. Cost of any work, new or upgrade, to existing facilities that is required to connect this proposed development to the District electric system shall be in accordance with the applicable District policy. The development will be required to supply the District with suitable locations/easements upon their property for any underground electrical facilities that must be installed to serve the proposed development.
