The City shall work with property and business owners along gateway corridors to develop and <br /> implement streetscape improvement plans both within the public right-of-way and on properties <br /> abutting the right-of-way. Such improvement plans shall be coordinated with Snohomish County for <br /> the unincorporated portions of corridors that are located in the Everett Planning Area. <br /> GENERAL INFORMATION <br /> 1. Puget Sound Energy is the natural gas provider in this area. To initiate new service orders,please <br /> contact Marilyn Davis Westlund at(425)356-7512 at least 90 days prior to the required in-service <br /> date. <br /> Any relocation of existing gas facilities for this development will be at the developer's sole expense, <br /> and requires 90 days minimum notice. Please contact Elaine Babby at(206)224-2018 to coordinate <br /> relocation requests. <br /> 2. The Snohomish County PUD currently has sufficient capacity to serve the proposed development. <br /> However, the existing District facilities in the local area may require upgrading. Cost of any work, <br /> new or upgrade, to existing facilities that is required to connect this proposed development to the <br /> District electric system shall be in accordance with the applicable District policy. The development <br /> will be required to supply the District with suitable locations/easements upon their property for any <br /> underground electrical facilities that must be installed to serve the proposed development. Contact <br /> with the District is recommended prior to design of the proposed project. <br /> For information about specific electrical service requirements, please call the District's Everett office <br /> at (425)783-8272 to contact a Customer Engineer. <br /> 10 <br />
