7 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION setting the time and date of the public <br /> hearing for the proposed vacation of a portion of Waverly <br /> Avenue north of Tower Street. <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage abutting the portion <br /> of the street to be vacated described as follows: <br /> All that portion of Waverly Avenue lying north of Tower Street and south <br /> of the East-West Alley in the Plat of Radio Addition to Everett, legally <br /> described per Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and as shown generally on the <br /> attached map, <br /> have petitioned for the vacation of said right-of-way; and <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provides that City Council shall, by resolution, fix a date <br /> for public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that a public hearing be set for February 21st, 2007, at 6:30 P.M. in the City <br /> Council Chambers, City Hall, at 3002 Wetmore Avenue, to consider the proposed <br /> vacation of the aforesaid right-of-way, as herein described. <br /> Councilperson Introducing Resolution <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of January, 2007. <br /> Council President <br />
