Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested, along with a reduced set of plans no larger than 11"x 17". <br /> 1. Provide site plans per City of Everett Residential Submittal Checklist. ( 3 copies required, <br /> no larger than 11x17 minimum scale 1"= 20') <br /> 2. Show all requirements of Energy Credit Option chosen on construction drawings. From <br /> energy code table 406.2; "=To qualify to claim this credit, the building permit drawings <br /> shall specify the option being selected and shall specify the water heater equipment type <br /> and the minimum equipment efficiency and shall specify the maximum flow rates for all <br /> showerheads, kitchen sink faucets, and other lavatory faucets" . <br /> 3. Several "section marks" refer to details on sheet A-1. Sheet A-1 was not included in <br /> submittal. <br /> 4. Each dwelling unit or guest room shall be equipped with a ventilation system complying <br /> with section M1507.3.4, M1507.3.5, M1507.3.6 or M1507.3.7 (IRC Section M1507.3.1) <br /> show requirements of the section chosen to comply with the whole house ventilation <br /> system.
