If you are submitting for Group of Projects 1.Roadway and bridge design, and site <br /> grading/preload design,provide the following: Specific experience with large site grading, fill <br /> and preload projects. List examples of projects which your firm developed that included cost and <br /> schedule incentives for site grading, fill and/or preload projects. (25 points) <br /> 4. If you are submitting for Group of Projects#2.Landfill gas and leachate collection system <br /> design,also provide the following: Specific experience with MTCA site remediation and re- <br /> development. Detail design experience with redevelopment at these sites—list experience with <br /> specific features (e.g.buildings,roadways,utilities, etc). List specific landfill gas and leachate <br /> controls engineering and construction experience with each site. (25 points) <br /> 5. If you are submitting for Group of Projects#3 Public Amenities,park,and wetland and <br /> habitat enhancements. Specific experience with public amenities within large development <br /> projects. This may include wetland and habitat enhancement or expansion,public trails and <br /> walkways, and public parks. Specific experience in holding public charettes. Provide a <br /> discussion on you approach and typical format for the charettes. (25 points) <br /> 6. Firms overall approach to Project Management including budget and schedule tracking, <br /> communication and quality assurance/control. (10 points) <br /> 7. Provide recent letters of recommendation from previous clients for similar projects. (10 points) <br /> 8. Identify the geographic location of the design team's project office.Preference will be given to <br /> project offices closest to the City of Everett's Service Center. (5 points) <br /> Each SOQ will be reviewed based on 100 max points. <br /> Submittals shall be 20 pages or less including any resumes or cover letters. Font sizes need to be at least <br /> 11-point. Six(6)copies of the SOQs must be submitted to the City of Everett,Engineering and Public <br /> Services Department, 3200 Cedar Street, Everett,Washington 98201,Attention: Dave Davis,Director. <br /> The deadline for submittals is end of business (5:00 PM) February 23,2007. <br /> The SOQs will be evaluated and,based on the results the City may enter into contract negotiations with <br /> the selected consultants,or may request RFPs from a shortlist of consultants, or may hold interviews with <br /> a shortlist of consultants in order to make its final selection.
