Time <br /> flies when you are having fun! The current contract runs through December 31, 2006, The <br /> contract may be extended for additional terms upon mutual agreement of both parties(See <br /> Article 2-Term of the Agreement). <br /> I am proposing to extend our Professional Services Agreement for an additional year which <br /> would take us through December 31, 2007. The new rate would be$ 20.00 per MIR plus actual <br /> postage expense. Based on your average number of transports, this would amount to a monthly <br /> increase of approximately$183.85. This is your first increase in two years. <br /> This letter, when signed below, can serve as the"mutual agreement of both parties".
