Composition of current real estate project portfolio, listing for each project, its <br /> name, type, location, date completed, rentable area or number of units, occupancy rate, <br /> current value, debt, and your ownership interest; and <br /> f. A description of any litigation or other legal disputes that each principal, partner, <br /> and joint venture participant has been involved in during the past five years and the final <br /> outcome of such dispute(s). <br /> 4. Overview of developer's company and team. Such information should at a <br /> minimum address the following questions: <br /> a. What are the primary areas of expertise of the company and other partners in the <br /> project? <br /> b. In addition to making a profit, what are your key goals in the development of the <br /> Property? <br /> c. Who are the specific personnel that will likely be assigned to this project? What <br /> are their particular areas of responsibility and what is their relevant experience? Please <br /> provide resumes for each member of the development team. <br /> d. Who are the primary non-company members that are likely to be included as part <br /> of the team? Please provide informational materials on each team member and the <br /> specific individuals within those organizations who would be assigned to the team. <br /> e. Describe experience with mixed-use or mixed use hotel development. <br /> f. Provide specific examples of projects that demonstrate your development <br /> capabilities and describe the ultimate outcome of each development project, including <br /> major issues that would be especially relevant to development on this Property, financing <br /> for the project, and experience with public/private partnerships. <br /> g. Provide specific examples of projects that serve as examples of the quality and <br /> scale of the project you are proposing in response to this RFP. <br /> h. Describe how the real estate market in the Everett area would affect your <br /> development plans. <br /> 4.2 Format <br /> Submittals should be in the form of 8-1/2"x 11" for text portions.
