9 <br /> 3. The tenant must vacate the unit and the park no later than April 30,2007 to <br /> comply with Mr. McWherter's park closure. <br /> 4. If the mobile home unit is going to be demolished then the tenant must make <br /> arrangements,with our assistance,to have their unit demolished by the <br /> contractor of our choice on or before April 30, 2007. Once demolished we <br /> will pay the company for the work performed. <br /> 5. The tenant must provide us with an assignment for the reimbursement costs <br /> from the Office of Manufactured Housing for the demolition expense that we <br /> will have incurred for the demolition of their unit prior to April 30, 2007. <br /> With regards to the double wide units,we will pay each unit the$2,000 in moving <br /> assistance and $7,500 for the demo or moving expense of the double wide units that <br /> are in the park. In addition,the owners of units who qualify may apply for any <br /> additional moving expenses that may be available to them from the Office of <br /> Manufactured Housing. <br /> This voluntary offer of assistance is only available should we receive our rezone from <br /> the City of Everett from R-2 to R-1(A)to allow for the construction of 50 single- <br /> family detached units,we close on the property with Mr.Paul McWherter and items 1 <br /> through 5 are met by the tenant. <br /> My staff and I look forward to working with you and your association.
