The Applicant requested approval of a rezone of property at 9208 Holly Drive, Everett, <br /> Washington. The property, developed as the Holly Vista Mobile Manor, a mobile home <br /> park, is currently zoned R-2. The Applicant seeks a rezone to a designation of R-1(A) <br /> in order to develop the subject property with 50 single-family detached units.
