February 22, 2017 <br /> Animal Shelter Advisory Board <br /> Appointment of William Morgan to Position 6, for a six-year term <br /> expiring December 31, 2022. <br /> Appointment of Kara Langus to Alternate Position 1, for the <br /> remainder a six-year term expiring December 31, 2021. <br /> Appointment of Natalie Burleson to Alternate Position 2, for a six- <br /> year term expiring December 31, 2022. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Bader who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Stonecipher thanked City Attorney Iles for a commentary <br /> letter on a draft petition for Charter amendments. <br /> Council Member Moore asked for an update regarding Everett Housing <br /> Authority and the Baker Heights housing project. <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, stated that she will coordinate a response <br /> with staff. <br /> Council Member Roberts reported on his attendance at the Association of <br /> Washington Cities legislative conference. He suggested having a <br /> discussion at a council meeting regarding outreach efforts. Council <br /> Member Roberts also provided a liaison report on his attendance at the <br /> Port Gardener neighborhood meeting. <br /> Council Member Murphy provided liaison reports on his attendance at the <br /> Lowell neighborhood meeting and the Delta neighborhood meeting. <br /> Council Member Franklin reminded the community about the Ensuring <br /> Inclusive Community engagement event on March 4, at Evergreen Middle <br /> School, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., hosted by the City Office of Neighborhoods. <br /> 67 <br />
