f CITY :, 7R4RK54NL7 RECREATION EVERETT LACROSSE CLUB AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT, entered into as of .a-3, 2017, between the City of Everett, hereinafter called the "City," and Everett Lacrosse Club, h reinafter called the "Organization" is as follows: 1. PURPOSE The purpose of this Agreement is to establish an understanding and working relationship between the Organization and the City. Further,this Agreement is intended to memorialize a working understanding for the provision of facilities for use by Everett Lacrosse as they relate to, fees, scheduling, use of facilities, concessions and other issues associated with a youth lacrosse organization in the City. 2. TERM The term of this Agreement shall be from February 6, 2017 through June 25, 2018. 3. FACILITIES a) The City will provide lacrosse fields (the "fields") on the dates and times listed in Exhibit A (SCHEDULE OF FIELD USE)for league use. Exhibit A may be revised from time to time, with written approval of the Director of Parks and Recreation or his or her designee,to add, remove, or change the dates and time listed for the League's schedule use of lacrosse fields. The Organization will abide by all rules and restrictions listed in Exhibit C(FIELD RULES AND REGULATIONS) and any applicable City or Park rules, regulations and laws. b) The City will be responsible for securing the use of fields for the times listed in Exhibit A (SCHEDULE OF FIELD USE). If the City is unable to secure a Field for a scheduled time, it will notify the Organization at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. The Organization will be responsible for finding a suitable alternate location for the scheduled event. The City will cooperate with the Organization in securing the use of an alternate field so long as there is no additional expense to the City. c) The Organization will provide referees or officials for each scheduled lacrosse match at the sole cost to the Organization. d) The Organization will provide all equipment for all events, match and other uses of the fields under this Agreement, including, without limitation,game balls for all lacrosse league games, practices,tournaments and clinics/camps. e) Facility use will include the provision of lacrosse goals for all events held at Kasch Park as listed in Exhibit A(SCHEDULE OF FIELD USE).
