f) The City may provide facilities (other than Fields) on a space available basis for Organization <br /> meetings, scheduling and other Organization related business upon request from a designated <br /> Organization representative. The Organizations use of such facilities shall be subject to the <br /> City's Facility Use Policies. There shall be no charge for the use of these facilities. <br /> g) The City may provide storage space on a space available basis for Organization equipment upon <br /> the request from a designated Organization representative as described in Exhibit g (STORAGE <br /> RENTAL AGREEEMENT). <br /> h) The Organization shall not allow any other agency, association, group, or organization to <br /> schedule or use a field when the Organization is scheduled to use that Field without express <br /> written consent by the City of Everett Parks and Recreation Department Director or his or her <br /> designee. <br /> i) The Organization will designate one person to be the point of contact between the Organization <br /> and the City. Such contact person will disseminate any information provided by the City and <br /> educate the League, its employees, agents, contractors,teams, coaches and spectators of the <br /> League regarding such information. <br /> k) The City reserves the right to limit the amount of use, close or cancel any and all Field use. No <br /> modifications are allowed to any Field. If the Organization, or any of its employees, agents, <br /> contractors, teams, coaches, invitees,guests or spectators to violate the limitations placed on <br /> the Field use,the Organization, its employees, agents, contractors,teams, coaches, invitees, <br /> guests or spectator may be prohibited from using a Field for the remainder of an event,the <br /> remainder of the season, the following season, or any other amount of time the City deems <br /> appropriate. <br /> 4. SCHEDULE <br /> The City shall identify the amount of time available at each Field in Exhibit A(SCHEDULE OF FIELD USE). <br /> The Organization shall be solely responsible for and shall perform all scheduling of games,tournaments, <br /> camps/clinics and Organization related events and any service related to scheduling. The Organization <br /> shall provide the City with a complete schedule of events for the term of this Agreement as soon as <br /> possible and at least 2-weeks prior to the first scheduled event. All schedule changes must be provided <br /> to the City in writing within 96 hours of the proposed change. <br /> 5. CONCESSIONS <br /> The League shall not have the ability to sell concessions at any location. <br /> 6. REVENUE AND FEES <br /> a) The Organization shall pay to the City fees established by, and in accordance with Exhibit B <br /> (PROGRAM FEES). <br /> b) The City may review and/or modify the amount owed to the City on an annual basis. <br /> 7. MAINTENANCE <br />
