Exhibit B PROGRAM FEES The Organization will provide a deposit in an amount mutually agreed upon by both parties. The deposit will reflect a percentage of fees anticipated to be collected by the City for upcoming season. The deposit will be held throughout the agreement. The Organization may request return of the deposit in writing after the agreement has expired and all fees owed to the City are paid in full. The Organization may choose to keep the deposit on file with the City if both parties mutually agree to extend the contract terms. The Organization will pay the City 20%(twenty percent) of all registration fees for use of fees as designated within the Agreement and as listed in Exhibit A (Schedule of Field Use). The fees collected will be based on the number of teams registered to participate on teams participating in the Organizations league. The League will pay the City 50%of fees by March 1 of each season. The Organization will pay the additional 50%of fees May 1 of each season. The Organization will provide a registration summary to the City by March 15 each season Failure to pay the City may result in suspension of use and/or termination of the agreement.
