Exhibit B <br /> PROGRAM FEES <br /> The Organization will provide a deposit in an amount mutually agreed upon by both parties. The deposit <br /> will reflect a percentage of fees anticipated to be collected by the City for upcoming season. The <br /> deposit will be held throughout the agreement. The Organization may request return of the deposit in <br /> writing after the agreement has expired and all fees owed to the City are paid in full. The Organization <br /> may choose to keep the deposit on file with the City if both parties mutually agree to extend the <br /> contract terms. <br /> The Organization will pay the City 20%(twenty percent) of all registration fees for use of fees as <br /> designated within the Agreement and as listed in Exhibit A (Schedule of Field Use). <br /> The fees collected will be based on the number of teams registered to participate on teams participating <br /> in the Organizations league. <br /> The League will pay the City 50%of fees by March 1 of each season. <br /> The Organization will pay the additional 50%of fees May 1 of each season. <br /> The Organization will provide a registration summary to the City by March 15 each season <br /> Failure to pay the City may result in suspension of use and/or termination of the agreement. <br />
