Exhibit C <br /> FIELD USE RULES AND REGULATIONS <br /> 1. No Smoking is allowed on any playing surface <br /> 2. No alcohol is allowed in any city of Everett Park <br /> 3. No shelled nuts of any kind are allowed on any synthetic surface. <br /> 4. Dispose of all garbage prior to leaving the field you are using. <br /> 5. Report any field or facility damage to the Point of Contact immediately. <br /> 6. Do not put any stakes or non-field material into any field surface. <br /> 7. Do not paint or add any markings on any field surface. <br /> 8. No beverage other than water is allowed on any synthetic playing surface <br /> 9. All lacrosse goals must be removed and secured appropriately after each.use. <br /> 10. No portable heaters are allowed on the field turf at Kasch Park at any time. <br />
