ARTICLE 1 - AGREEMENT <br /> This Agreement is entered into by the City of Everett, Washington, hereinafter referred to as the <br /> "City," and Amalgamated Transit Union, Division No. 883, hereinafter referred to as the "Union". <br /> The purpose of this Agreement is to provide a working understanding between the City of <br /> Everett and its employees who are members of the Amalgamated Transit Union bargaining unit, <br /> through their duly accredited representatives, affecting wages, hours and working conditions, <br /> and to establish a means of settling any and all grievances, disputes and controversies arising <br /> between the City of Everett and Amalgamated Transit Union Division No. 883 members, and <br /> pursuant to said purpose the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> 1 <br />
