' '
FROIT— en Stallley 'blic VJcrks Dept.
SUBJECT:Boeing North Parkinq Lot
CC:
DATE: September 28, 1992
At a 9/2592 meeting with Boeing on the North Parking Lot
Expansion, it was agreed by Bob Landles, Gary Doughty and
myself that Boeing could proceed with the erosion control
measures for the North Parking Lot Site. This would include
grading for the detention pond as set forth on sheet C152A
of the North Parkinq Lot Plans and for the installation of
necessary surface water diversion ditches and piping to
control runoff and direct it into the diversion baein.
However, such approval does not include any qrading for the
construction of the parking lot structure itself or for any
work within the wildlife corridor, (except for detention
basin access road) . This approval will be delayed until
agreement has been reached regarding the design of the
parking lot adjacent to the wildlife corridor along the
eastern border of the project.
To ensure that no further unauthorized work occurs within
the wildlif.e corridor or parking lot area, Boeing should
install fencing along the western boundary of the wildlife
corridor and along the northern boundary of the detention
pond work. This fencing should be inspected by the city
prior to initiation of erosion control work.
