We have completed construction in the main <br />factory complex of aap�pproximately 4,500,000 square feet of building footprint <br />and approximately 2,000,000 x{care feet of supon facilities. 'fhereforefat <br />approximately 500,000 square fat of building 'footprint and 500,000 square <br />of support facilities have yet to be constructed in the main factory complex. <br />The attached matrix identifies by building the amount <br />r the Mauer Planfeet built <br />and <br />available to build in the main factory complex, pe <br />intends to proceed with construction of approximately 400,000 square feet of <br />support facilities in the main factory complex. This project does not add <br />additional personnel, parking stalls or impervious surface to the site. Therefore, <br />none of the limitations placed on The Boeing Company in the 1991 E.I.S. <br />Decision Document are being exceeded. <br />In summary, the anticipated construction will occur within the limitations of the <br />Decision Document issued by the City.
