PERSONNEL CHARGES: RATE PER HOUR <br /> PROFESSIONAL SERVICES: <br /> Principal 173.04 <br /> NACE Cathodic Protection Technician 90.96 <br /> NACE Level 3 Coating Inspector 117.81 <br /> NACE Level 1 and 2 Coating Inspector 88.47 <br /> OTHER SERVICES: <br /> Administration 68.42 <br /> B. MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES: <br /> The following expenses will be invoiced as direct costs. <br /> 1. Commercial transportation and rental vehicles. <br /> 2. Project vehicle at current government allowable rate (gsa.gov), portal-to- <br /> portal. <br /> 3. Lodging and subsistence when away from company office city. <br /> 4. Necessary toll telephone calls, shipping and express charges. <br /> 5. Insurance certificates. <br /> C. SPECIAL SERVICES & EQUIPMENT: <br /> Authorized special services and equipment applicable to work which differs from <br /> items normally furnished will be invoiced at cost plus ten(10)percent, including: <br /> 1. Specialized equipment and instrumentation. <br /> 2. Outside consultants and special technical services. <br /> 3. Soil borings, soil samples and laboratory expenses. <br /> 4. Commercial binding and printing. <br /> 5. Special stationary and other special engineering supplies. <br /> D.
