MSA Deliverables: <br /> • Survey base map in AutoCAD format meeting the current City Design"Survey&CAD <br /> Standards for Civil Projects". <br /> • Stamped and signed hard copies of the topographic and boundary survey. <br /> • Copies of survey notes. <br /> Task 204—Alternatives Evaluation and Conceptual Design <br /> 204.1 Develop Design Criteria—Develop design criteria and document City preferences for use in <br /> the alternatives evaluation, conceptual and preliminary design efforts including the <br /> following: <br /> • Reservoir seismic and structural criteria <br /> • Reservoir floor and overflow elevations <br /> • Coating systems, interior and exterior <br /> • Cathodic protection considerations <br /> • Reservoir inlet, outlet, overflow, and drain piping <br /> • Allowable leakage criteria, collection and disposal <br /> • Hydraulic mixing system <br /> • Metering and valving <br /> • Dechlorination <br /> • Access and safety systems, interior and exterior <br /> • Ventilation <br /> • Water quality sampling <br /> • Security <br /> • Lighting <br /> • SCADA/telemetry <br /> • Operations and maintenance <br /> • Yard Piping <br /> • Site Access <br /> • Reservoir type, shape, and number of reservoirs or compartments <br /> • Site grading and reservoir <br /> • Reservoir Operations and Maintenance <br /> MSA will prepare a draft design criteria and City preferences summary for City's review <br /> and input.
