Slurry Stabilizer <br /> Slurry Stabilizer shall be a non-toxic, organic water <br /> soluble agent such as J-Tac or approved equai that <br /> promotes binding and penetration of the slurry into the <br /> surface. It shall have absorptlon characteristics for <br /> moisture retention. When applied to the surface the <br /> stabillzer shall form a gelation without developing a <br /> membrane or cust. <br /> 4.3 CONST2UCTION <br /> A. TEMPORARY FACILITIES AND STRUCTURES <br /> Construction shall be in accordance with City of Everett <br /> Standards and the Contract Drawings. <br /> B. HYDRO-SEEDING <br /> 1 . The CONTRACTOR shall apply the seed, fertilizer, muich <br /> and stabilizer at the following rates: <br /> Seed 250 pounds per acre <br /> Fertillzer 500 pounds per acre <br /> Mulch 2,000 pounds per acre <br /> Stabilizer 40 oounds per acre <br /> 2. Hydro-seed areas indicated on the plans at any time when <br /> conditions are favorable for germination of seed and <br /> proper working of soil .
