Period <br /> �_ <br /> The CONTRACTOR shall reseed, maintain, fertilize and <br /> �:� water ail hydro-seeded areas until all barren areas are <br /> less than four (4) feet in diameter and the seedlings <br /> : are averaging one inch 1n helght. <br /> �' <br /> 2. Reseeding <br /> Approximately 21 days af:er germination, any barren area <br /> four (4) feet in diameter or larger shall be reseeded by <br /> the CONTRACTOR at the specifted application rate. In <br /> the event of unusual weather, overseeding may be <br /> deferred by the DISTRICT to a time when weather <br /> conditions are sultable for germination. Application <br /> rate for overseeding shall be determined by the DISTRICT <br /> and will not exceed the original rate. <br /> 3. Watering <br /> The CONTRACTOR sha11 keep ail hydro-seeded areas moist <br /> by watering until full germination. Once germination is <br /> consistent over the seeded areas and the seedlings are <br /> averaging one (i) inch in height, the water schedu?e may <br /> be reduced to less frequent intervals.
