The site is within the boundaries o4 - <br /> North Creek .Drainage Basin. - <br /> The site, which is approximately 400 feet by 196 feet� <br /> consists of four undeveloped lots and one single family dwellinq <br /> residential developed lot. (Street address for the �xisting <br /> j dwelling is 10232 !st Place West, Everett, Washington. ) - <br /> � _ <br /> i The terrain of the site slopes from about elevation of 531 ' _ <br /> on the northwest to about elevation 518' on the southeast with an <br /> ! overall relief o4 about 13 feet (Flpprox. Slope = 3%) . <br /> ,_ <br /> j;. An area of 6,350 square feet of the undeveloped oortion of - <br /> � the site has been designated as wetland.
