C,�l� �cu,u,l �1�K��a� <br /> July 6, 2005 <br /> AGREEMENTS— PARK CONCESSIONS <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen, seconcled by Council Member <br /> Olson to authorize the Mayor to sign standard concession <br /> agreements with Fun Times Ice Cream, AGM Petroleum, AHM Ice <br /> Cream, and Sporty's Beef and Brew to provide concessions at City of <br /> Everett park locations. <br /> Barry Martin, Parks Department, explained that the cencessions operate <br /> during the summer months at various park locations. The revenue <br /> obtained goes into Fund 148. He announced that Jetty Island opens <br /> today and Music in the Parks star!s Thursday. He encouraged ail to <br /> participate. <br /> Roli was called with all councii members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Hatloe and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMEIJT —WATER SERVICE <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen, seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to authorize the Mayor to sign a water service agreement <br /> transferring the Port's RaillBarge Transfer Facility Site service area <br /> to Mukiiteo Water District. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Hatloe and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 201 <br />
