i <br /> I. 1 2-04.3 Construction Requirements <br /> . 2 2-04.3(1) Designated Haul Route <br /> � 3 <br /> 4 The following route should be used when approaching the work site: Travel State Route <br /> i5 525 north to inbound haul vehicle staging area, located on the right shoulder of State <br /> 0 6 Route 525, south of Goat Trail Road. Slop the haul vehicle at the stop bar provided and <br /> 7 wait for notice to proceed from the TCS. Upon signal to proceed, travel north on State <br /> 8 Route 525 to Front Street in Mukilteo, turn lefl onto Front Street, travel straight through <br /> 1 9 the intersection of Front Street and Park Avenue, onto the Tank Fartn property, and <br /> 10 follow the paved access road along the north side of the Tank Farm into the work site. <br /> 11 <br /> � 12 Haul vehicle operators should be aware that a pedestrian crosswalk will be established <br /> 13 across the Haul Route, allowing access to a temporary beach access just west of the <br /> 14 work sile. <br /> � 15 <br /> � 16 Haul vehicle operaturs shall use the following route when leaving the work site: <br /> 17 Follow the paved access road along the north side oi the Tank Farm property to the out- <br /> � 18 bound haul vehicle staging area, located iust east of the NOAA offices, at the west end <br /> 19 of the Tank Farm property, and then wait for notice to proceed from the flagc�ers on Front <br /> 20 Street. Upon receiving the signal to proceed, travel through the intersection of Front <br /> � 21 Street and Park Avenue, onto Front Street, then turn left onto State Route 525 <br /> ` 22 southbound. <br /> 23 <br /> � 24 The Contractor, his suppliers and all other personnel associated with the project are <br /> 25 prohibited from using Mukilteo Lane for access. <br /> 26 <br /> � 27 Section 2-04.3(2) Allowable Use of Haul Route <br /> 28 During the period April 15 — October 1, hauling shall be allowed only during the <br /> 29 following hours: <br /> � 30 <br /> 1 31 • Monday—Wednesday: 7 AM to 4 PM <br /> 32 • Thursday— Friday 7: 7 AM to 12 PM <br /> q 33 • Saturday: 9 AM— 12 PM <br /> � 34 • Sunday and Holidays: Not allowed <br /> 35 <br /> � 36 During the period October 2 — April 14, hauling shall be allowed only during the <br /> � 37 following hours: <br /> 38 <br /> 39 • f�londay—Thursday: 7 AM—5 PM <br /> j� 40 • Friday 7 AM —4 PM <br /> � 41 • Saturday: 9 AM— 12 PM <br /> 42 • Sunday and Holidays: Not allowed <br /> � 43 <br /> 44 Section 2-04.3(3) Scheduling Use of the Haul Route <br /> 1 45 The Contractor shall coordinate site deliveries with the TCS as outlined in 1-10.2, Traffic <br /> 46 Controi Management.
