Slop the haul vehicle at the stop bar provided and 7 wait for notice to proceed from the TCS. Upon signal to proceed, travel north on State 8 Route 525 to Front Street in Mukilteo, turn lefl onto Front Street, travel straight through 1 9 the intersection of Front Street and Park Avenue, onto the Tank Fartn property, and 10 follow the paved access road along the north side of the Tank Farm into the work site. 11 � 12 Haul vehicle operators should be aware that a pedestrian crosswalk will be established 13 across the Haul Route, allowing access to a temporary beach access just west of the 14 work sile. � 15 � 16 Haul vehicle operaturs shall use the following route when leaving the work site: 17 Follow the paved access road along the north side oi the Tank Farm property to the out- � 18 bound haul vehicle staging area, located iust east of the NOAA offices, at the west end 19 of the Tank Farm property, and then wait for notice to proceed from the flagc�ers on Front 20 Street.
