The landscaping must consist of <br /> a. qraundcover over a minimum of 75$ of the area, and <br /> b. evergreen trees or shrubs a minimum of three feet in height <br /> at time of plantinq to number at least 6 for each 10o square <br /> feet of required landscape area. <br /> The intent of this requirement is tu provide ecreening of the <br /> perkinq area and to shield car lights from shining into the <br /> right-of-vay. If berming of the planting areas a minimum of <br /> one foot in height above the level of the parkinq lot is <br /> provided, plant heights may be reduced to 2 feet.
