A minimum of 58 of the parking area must be landscaped in <br /> compliance with Section 19.40.050 of the Zoning Code and <br /> Section 1.13 of the Standards and Specifications Manual. <br /> Plantings must consist of a minimum of 75� of the area in <br /> groundcover and a minimum of 6 evergreen trees or shrubs for <br /> each 100 square feet of required landscaped area.
