INFORMATION FOR DEVEIAP�N: 1. Detailed drawings in ar.cordance with City Design and Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public works Department showing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainaqe, tempor�ry conetruction eresion control, and all required improvements in the public right-of-way. Public � Works Department approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be completed, approved, and warranted before the Occupancy Permit is issued. 2. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all timee during construction. Dust euppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. 3. Performance guarantees are required for all public utilities. 4. A one-year guarantee is requi=ed o�i the public utilitles for an amount not less than 10$ of the cost of construction and shall run for one year from the date of issuance of the first Occupancy Permit for the project. 5. A two-year guarantee is required for private retention/detention or other drainage treatment/abatement facilities servinq areas larqer than one acre. G. As-builts of storm sewer and water systems will be required to be submitted per City desiqn and construction standards and specifications. 7. The on-site watermain will be staked within an easement to the City. The easement will be submitted to the city prior to iseuance of permits. a. 7:�:e premises must be identified so that thoy are legible and visible from the street. Each building must be identified by letter or numbar. 9. Outdoor burning for the purpo�e of disposing of construction debris and rubbish is prohibiCed in the City of Everett. 10. Any security fence erected around the construction site must be so loceted so as to not obstruct any existing hydrant, other fire protection equipment, or any fire department access. If Fire Department access is obetructed, gates or other openings must be provided for eccess. 11. GTE Northwest Incorporated will pzovide service to the site. However, new telephone cable conetruction will be re�uired :n conjunction with the site development.
