INFORMATION FOR DEVEIAP�N: <br /> 1. Detailed drawings in ar.cordance with City Design and <br /> Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public works <br /> Department showing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, <br /> storm drainaqe, tempor�ry conetruction eresion control, and <br /> all required improvements in the public right-of-way. Public <br /> � Works Department approval of these drawings is required prior <br /> to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be <br /> completed, approved, and warranted before the Occupancy Permit <br /> is issued. <br /> 2. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris <br /> at all timee during construction. Dust euppression and street <br /> cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br /> 3. Performance guarantees are required for all public utilities. <br /> 4. A one-year guarantee is requi=ed o�i the public utilitles for an <br /> amount not less than 10$ of the cost of construction and shall <br /> run for one year from the date of issuance of the first <br /> Occupancy Permit for the project. <br /> 5. A two-year guarantee is required for private retention/detention <br /> or other drainage treatment/abatement facilities servinq areas <br /> larqer than one acre. <br /> G. As-builts of storm sewer and water systems will be required to <br /> be submitted per City desiqn and construction standards and <br /> specifications. <br /> 7. The on-site watermain will be staked within an easement to the <br /> City. The easement will be submitted to the city prior to <br /> iseuance of permits. <br /> a. 7:�:e premises must be identified so that thoy are legible and <br /> visible from the street. Each building must be identified by <br /> letter or numbar. <br /> 9. Outdoor burning for the purpo�e of disposing of construction <br /> debris and rubbish is prohibiCed in the City of Everett. <br /> 10. Any security fence erected around the construction site must be <br /> so loceted so as to not obstruct any existing hydrant, other <br /> fire protection equipment, or any fire department access. If <br /> Fire Department access is obetructed, gates or other openings <br /> must be provided for eccess. <br /> 11. GTE Northwest Incorporated will pzovide service to the site. <br /> However, new telephone cable conetruction will be re�uired :n <br /> conjunction with the site development.
