Floor pians indicating type of room, doors, walls, wir.dows and stairs should be submitted <br />to scale. The plans discussed a[ the feasibility meeting on July 28, 2011, were more <br />complete than the plans submitted for building permit. Construction details are also <br />required-see attachcd markup. <br />2. New, existing and demolition areas of work should be shown on the drawings and interior <br />Floor p;ans. New construction is typically shown as dark hnes, existing conslrucfion is <br />show�� as light lines, and dcmo is shown as dashed lines. <br />3. Details, rhaterials, and dimensions are required for all new construd�on. <br />Occupancy <br />1. The otcupancy and square (ootage of the total building area should be shown on the plans. <br />2. The applicable codes listed at the bottom of lhis letter should be referenced on the plans. <br />Construdion <br />1. The note on the permit app�ication ir,dicated that tiie bathroom is going to be remodeled. <br />The extent of new construction should be shown on the drawings; and may trigger <br />dimensional revisions based on the curreni codes lisled at the bottom of this letter. <br />Attached is a example Of the requirements that should bc shown on thc drawings, if Ihe <br />remodeling indudes more than switching fixtures. <br />2. ll�e van accessible parking stall should be dimensioned on the drawings as minimum width <br />8 feet, per ICC A117.1 section 502.2. <br />3. ilie clear width of the exterior accessible route should be dimensioned on [he drawings as <br />44 inches, induding pavcd markinqs and the aaessibility ramp, per IBC 1101.2.2. <br />75 <br />
