<br />require tight gresping, tight pinching, or tv✓isting, per IBC section 1008.1.9.1.

<br />10. Riscr and tread dimensions on the existing exterior stairs should be shown on the drawings
<br />to determine if they meet the minimum requirements for dimensional uniformity, per 16C
<br />section 1009.4.4. For new commercial buildings, the stair maximum riser height is 7 inches
<br />and minimum tread depth is 11 inches, per IBC section 1009.4.2.
