E�:erett WA 98204 Dear Mr. Webster: At your request a Minimum Housing Code Inspection was conducted on the property located at 10312 - 4th Avenue West, Everett, Washington. The following defects must be corrected before we can certify that this structure meets the minimum requirements of the Uniform Housing Code. 1. Smali bedroom: The electrical heater requires a cover over tt�e electrical wires. The rug is touching the elements of the electrical heater. Electrical wiring in walls and ceiling are exposed. All elec- trical connections are to be in junction boxes. 2. Large bedroom: The electrical breaker box has no cover and the breakers are unmarked. A skylight has been installed without the required permit and inspection. 3. Living room: Fireplace insert was i�stalled without a permit. The hearth extension does not meet code requirements. Plumbing has been installed in the living room to accommodate a bar. All plumbing requires perr�its. Alsc, plumbing fixtures shall be connected to the sewage disposal system. 4. Roofing on the house has not been properly installed to insure protection against the elements. 5 Foundation work was done without the required permits and ins- pections.
