The bath and shower area enclosure shall be finished with materials <br />that are not adversely affected by moisture. <br />10. Al1 egress or rescue winduws from sleeping rooms shall have a finished <br />sill height of not more than 44 inches above the floor. <br />11 <br />12 <br />The wiring in the hall closet shall be prooerly enclosed in an elec- <br />trical cover. <br />The attic space was not inspected due to the lack of a required access. <br />13. Wat.er from roof drains shall be directed away from the foundation of <br />the structure. <br />14. Structural, plumbing and electrical work throughout the structure had <br />been done without the required permits and inspections for such work. <br />Informatiu�i on building, nlumbing and electrical permits to accomplish this <br />work may be obtained from the Building Inspection Department, 259-8745, and <br />all corrections must meet the present codes.
