Drawings in accordance with City D�.cign and Construction S[andards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department, showing site parking layout, landscaping, and all requireci improvements in q�e public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is requirecl prior to any permits being issued. 2. Parkir. ; must be per City Zoning �ode and City Design and Construction Standards. Customer parking must be paveci. 3. Special charges for connection to the sewer and water systems in accordance with Ordinance 1171-85 and subsequent revision are applicable. The actual charges shall be computecl by die Public Works Department per the ordinance in effect at the time and according to the informa[ion on die approvecl pians at the time of building pennit issuance. 4. Lack of comment on the plans submitted with d�e application does not constitute approval of these plans. 5. A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet but not closer than 50 feet of every strucwre. G. Any broken or damaged sidewalk shall be repairul/replacecl per We City Public Works Inspector. 7. A building permit is requirul for the change o( use. Disabled access is required. Compliance widi state building code for new use is required. 8. A meter must be installed on the water service for U�is property. The side sewer serving the building must be upgradecl ro a G" pipe. Alternatively a hold harmless for sewer service may be executecl and recorded against the property provided that the existing sewer service is in good repair.
