9. A portable fire extinguisher with a minimum U.L. rating of 2-A:10-B:C shall be <br />prov�ded within 75 feet of travel on all floors of each building during construction <br />and prior to occupancy. <br />10. Dumpsters over I.5 cubic yards capacity shall be located a minimum of five feet <br />from the buiiding [UFC 11302(b), 1991 Edition.] <br />1l. Landscaping for the site must be provided in accordance with Section 35 of the <br />Zoning Code. This would include at a minimum a]0' wide strip along the street <br />frontage and a minimum 5' wide strip or distance between lot line and building, <br />whichever is less, along all other property lines planted to Type III standards. <br />Based upon the location of the access as shown on the site plen, Iandscaping along <br />the south property line may be difficult. If the landscaping cannot be prov�ded per <br />typical code requirements a II.B Planning Director's landscape modification may be <br />necessary to meet the landscape requirements. <br />12. There is an existing carpo�t located at the south end of the residence which is not <br />shown on the site plan for the proposed conversion to office. The carport does not <br />appear to meet setback requirements from the south property line. The carport must <br />be removed or certified as legal non,confortning and shown on a revised site plan <br />for the proposal. <br />13.
