South Pointe Assisted Living Facility. <br />Storm Drainage Report. <br />OFF SITE ANALYSIS <br />There is no off-site tribu4ary s�b-basin upstream of the project site. Site drainage will <br />be collected by roof drains and catch basins and routed to an existing catch basin on <br />4th Ave in front of the site. Downstream drainage continues north through an existing <br />public storm drainaye system. There is no evidence of any draii�age problems that <br />may exist either upstream or downstream of the site nor are any anticipated after <br />development. <br />FppSl(7� / SEDIMENTATION CONTROL PLAN <br />The site is relatively flat so that the amount of disturbance is minimal and the soil <br />erodibility factor is low. The risk of erosion or sediment laden ruiioff disturbance is very <br />low and v;s recommend minimal erosion control measures. These measures include a <br />sediment filte� for the catch basin in front of the site and the first catch basin <br />downstream froi�? the site. Also, there is a temporary ccnstruction entrance of 4" to 6" <br />quarry spalls exten��ng about 50 feet onto the site 'fhe erosion control measures are <br />shown on the design drawings. <br />Summary <br />There i� no evidence of any drainage problems that may exist in the project area nor <br />are any drainage problems predicted after development. The on-site runoff will be <br />detained prior to reiease into the downstream conveyance system and water quality is <br />addressed through dead storage.
