All vital systems, electrical, plumbi�g and heating have been desVoyed. <br />3, There is rot throughout the building and the building has bcen heavily <br />vandalized. <br />The building is an attractive nuisance to inquisitive minors. <br />The building is rendered dangerous provisions of the Abatement of Dangero4s <br />Building Code, Section 302, notmg the following: <br />1, 'fhe building has become so damaged and deteriorated as to become an <br />attractive nuisance to children. <br />2.
