VII. Since the building is uninhabitable in its present condition, it shall remain vacant until <br />such time as the building is repaired in accordance with the current Building Codes or <br />demolished. <br />VIIL If the owners elect to repair the building in accordance with the current Building <br />Codes, all required permits must be secured therefore, and the work physically <br />commenced within si�ty (60) days of the date of this Order.
