At <br />least one handrail shall extend at 12 inches beyond the tap rser and 23 inches <br />beyond the bottom riser. Section 3306(I). <br />Walis and ceilings of exit balconies are required to be of onc: hour fire-resistive <br />construction. Section 3305(g). An architectural section through the exit <br />balcony is necessary to determine how this is accomplished. <br />The ground floor two bedroom unit must be a Type A accessible unit. The <br />other ground floor units must be Type B accessible units. The following items <br />do not comply: <br />�A. Two bedroom entry 18" minimum maneuvering space adjacent to door. <br />� B. One bedroom entries - Same as A. <br />✓C. Two bedroom doors to bedrooms - Same as A. <br />✓D. Two bedroom doors to bathrooms - Same as A. <br />�E. Two bedroom bathroom - 60" tuming circle. <br />✓F. Two bedroom kitchen - Eating counter must be accessible. <br />✓G. Maximum 1/2" door thresholds to decks and main entries. <br />Provide signege per Section 3106(pj to accessible parking spaces. <br />Controls, operating mechanisms and hardware shall be accessible in accordance <br />with Section 3106(c), Section 3105(d)8. <br />Alarm systems shall include both audible and visible alarms and shall be located <br />per Section 3105(d)9. <br />An oil/water separator is required in the parking area. <br />
