The Contractor shall retum both signed copies of tUe prepared contract together <br />with an insurance ceRification as reyuired by Sectiun 1-07.IR and a satisfactory bond as <br />required by law and Section 1-03.4. 1�he city wi(1 fonvazd 1 copy oi the fully executed <br />contract to the Contracror for his records.
