The proposed faciliry will be ADA compliant including van- <br />accessible parking, accessible entry path, interior circulation and feamres. <br />Condusions: Thcre ���ill be no signiticant traffic impact. <br />�1. The provision of adeyuate off-strect parkiug, on-site circulation, and site acccss. <br />Pindings: Under Subsection 34.030.A, the required amount of off-street parkine <br />spaces is determincd on a case-by-case basis. Approximately tive off-svicet <br />parkine spaces will he provided. <br />Conclusions: 7'he existing on-site parking and the five additional spaces should <br />provide adeyuate uft'-street parking. <br />5.
