IYl a� 3, Zo� <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS AND ORDtR <br />VARIANCE #03-003 <br />Based upon the testimony presented at the hearing and the written request for a <br />variance from the City's Zoning Code by: <br />Applicant: City of Everett Fublic Works Department — Carl Baird <br />3200 Cedar Street <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />hereinafler referred to as "Applicant," for a variance from Section 30.040.0 of the City of Everelt <br />Zoning Code w5ich requires the site to be elevated two feet above the regulatory flood protection <br />elevation for a distance of fifteen feet beyond any structure in any direction, and also that all parking <br />areas and driveways shall be no lower than one foot below the regulatory flood protectio� elevation. <br />The applicant is proposing to construct a two-slory 17,000 square foot maintenance building within the <br />Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) complex on Smith Island.
