5) The primary griVchannei air blowers (#7 on ihe site plan), the primary <br />sedimentation lanks (#8 on the site plan), diversion slni�:ture number one (#� <br />on lhe site plan), primary scum (#10 on the sile plan), a�id diversion structure <br />number lwo (#11 on ihe site plan) wiil all be new structures located in the <br />same area near the norlhwest corner of the aeration pond. These structures <br />will improve the efficiency of lhe trealmenl facility. <br />6) The administralion building's mezzanine (#4 or� the site plan) will be enlarged <br />into a second floor above the maintenance workroom. The building's square <br />footage will be increased by approximately 2,200 :,quare feet. See Drawiny <br />A-202. <br />7) The new trickling biofilters (#14 on the site plan) wiil be construc�ed within a <br />new structure to house them. <br />8) There will be a small addilion to the operalions buildiny. The trickling filters <br />(# 15 on the sile plan) and associated pump slation (# 16 on the site plan) will <br />be modified wilhin lheir exisling footprints. The er.isling biosolids handliny <br />area (#17 on the sile plan) will be rnodified to improve services and ease <br />handling. <br />9) A new building will be construcled for the aeralion pond level control <br />struclure (#18 on the sile plan). The structure will be located near the <br />northern end oi ihe peninsula in lhe aeralion pond. <br />10) The site will be regraded. App�oximalely 44,000 cubic yards of material will <br />be moved. <br />11) Approximateiy 25 additional off-streel parking spaces will be constructed <br />soutli and west of the administratioii building. A trail will be provided from the <br />expanded parking area to tl�e existing shoreline lrail. <br />In addition, lhe Applicani requestecl a Special Properly Use Permit to allow utility <br />improvements and expansion on the subject property which is zoned A-1 RFFD, <br />Agricultural Use, Rural Fiood Fringe Disirict. (exhibit 1, Ingalsbe testimony) <br />The subject property is located within the jurisdictional area of the Snohomish <br />River, a significant shoreline in lhe State of Washinglon. Il is a project lhal will <br />exceed lhe statulory lhreshold for shoreline aclivily. A Shoreline Permit is <br />required pursuant to RCW °0.58.140. <br />3. The project is located within lhe jurisdiction of the City of Evereti and subject to <br />lhe provisions of the Evereti Shoreline Master Program (ESMP). In Ihe ESMP, <br />the subjecl property is designaled as Municipal Water Qua�ily. The proposed <br />expansion and use are permiited uses within this shoreline designalion. <br />(exhibit 1) <br />4 <br />
