The building is so dilapidated and deteriorated it is considered an attractive nuisance <br />for children and may be a harbor for vagrants, criminals or immoral persons. <br />2. The building exists and is maintained in violation of specific requirements and <br />prohibition applicable to such buildings as provided by the building regulations of <br />this jurisdiction, as specified in the Building Code or Housing Code, or of any law or <br />ordinance of this jurisdiction relating to the conditions of buildings. <br />3. The building is in such a condition as to constitute a public nuisance known to the <br />common law or in equity jurisprudence. <br />The building has been posted, "Illegal to Occupy", is currently vacant, and shall remain <br />vacant until such time as it has been demolished or repaired in accordance with all <br />applicable city codes. <br />i he building shall be secured and kept secured from unauthorized entry. <br />
