FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE HEARING EXAMINER OF THE CITY OF EVERETT IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF MALTBY TANK AND BARGE INVESTMENTS FOR APPROVAL OF REZONE i3-84 RECOMMENDATION: The requested rezone from R-2, Single Family High Density Residential to B-2, Community Business should be granted subject to the Concomitant Agreements. INTROION The Maltby Tank and Barge Company, 5500 South First Avenue, Everett, Washington, 98203, and hereinafter referred Applicant, has requested approval to as of a rezone for property located at the northwest corner of Lenora and First Street, in the City of Everett, Washington, and more particularly described as follows: Town of Loweli, Block 027, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5; all situate in the County of Snohomish, State of Washington The property that is the subject of this rezone is currently zoned R-2, Single Family High Density Residential. The Applicant's request is to rezone the property to a B-2, Community Business designation. It is the intent of Applicant to rezone the property and enter the into a Concomitant Agreement limiting the use of the subject property. A hearing was held on the request of the Applicant. The hearing was held before the Everett Hearing Examiner on May 17, 1984.
