A review of <br />Ordinance 692-80, the Authortiy of the Hearing Examiner, has <br />been made and it has been determined that the document. of the <br />Hearing Examiner should be a decision and not a <br />recommendation. Accordingly, the June 1, 1984, document has <br />been amended to indicate the decision of the Hearing Examiner <br />on the rezone request of Maltby Tank and Barge Investments. <br />Please note the reconsideration period noted on page 9. <br />Done and dated this 22nd day of June, 1984. <br />James M.
